ClinicAide: patient record apps for doctors
For doctorsOne app per specialtyPhilippines
Dentista, for dental clinics, is in daily use. Mediko, for OB-Gyn, is coming in 2027.

Dental records · in daily use
Patient records for dental clinics, built around the FDI tooth chart, the intake form and the way dental work is actually paid for: braces over two years, part payments, GCash.
Allergies and anything that affects treatment sit at the top of the record in red. A payment entered by mistake is reversed with a visible entry, never erased.
- Status
- In daily use at one dental practice, at the front desk and the chair. In active development.
- Apps
- Mac, iPad, iPhone and Android. A read-only browser version covers Windows.
- Offline
- Saves on the device, connection or not; syncs once there’s a signal.
- Privacy
- Built for RA 10173: consent records, role-based access, an append-only audit log.
The screens are from Dentista, with sample data.

OB-Gyn records · coming 2027
The medical-practice app, starting with obstetrics and gynecology.
It will be built around the OB-Gyn’s own record, the way Dentista was built around the tooth chart. It isn’t available yet, there’s nothing to try, and there’s no date beyond 2027.

What comes next
Aruga, for pediatrics, comes after Mediko. Nothing is built yet. Other specialties follow, one at a time.
How we build them
- Built for one specialtyIts own chart, forms and billing. Never a general record with a specialty bolted on.
- Faster than paper, or it’s a defectIf writing it on the card by hand would be quicker, the app is wrong.
- Usable the first dayA solo doctor sets it up without training or an IT person.
- Sized for small practicesSolo and small clinics, not hospitals.
