Charts.
Payments.
Done.

The calendar, the chart and the money. One record for a dental clinic, online or not.

Guide

* The web client is read‑only, for Windows. Editing happens in the Mac, iPad, iPhone and Android apps.

01 · Reception

Appointments

Appointments by day, and the next two weeks. Book from the calendar or from a patient’s record, assign a provider, and mark each visit scheduled, confirmed, completed, cancelled or a no‑show.

  • Cancelled visits stay on the day, dimmed
  • Reminders for staff, never for patients
  • Optional copy in the device’s calendar
How appointments work
02 · The chair

Charting

A full FDI chart, every surface. Caries, fillings, crowns, root canals, implants and extractions, on primary, mixed or permanent teeth.

  • Amber number: needs treatment
  • Crowns and root canals ring the whole tooth
  • The same chart at the chair and the front desk

Billing

Treatments, payments and payment plans. A down payment and monthly instalments, paid in cash, by GCash or by bank transfer. What is due now is kept apart from what isn’t due yet.

  • Overdue instalments flagged
  • Mistakes reversed, never deleted
  • Statement with PRC, PTR and TIN

04 · Closing time

Offline

Saves with or without a connection. Every record is kept on the device, encrypted. Anything saved offline waits there and is synced to the cloud once there’s a signal.

  • Opens to the full patient list, offline
  • Unsent changes listed in Pending Changes
  • A refused change shows the reason
How saving offline works
05 · Records

Privacy

Intake in the patient’s hands. Hand to Patient opens the intake form (details, health history, allergies and consent) with nothing else on screen, and locks before the device comes back.

  • Consent kept, with the signature
  • Staff see what their role allows
  • Every change logged, append‑only

01 Billing

Every peso, accounted for.

A down payment and a schedule of instalments. Every balance is the sum of the payments recorded against it — there is no paid / unpaid switch to flip, and a payment entered by mistake is reversed by an offsetting entry that stays visible beside the original.

Two figures, never conflated. “Due now” is what a patient can be asked for today. Instalments not yet due sit apart from it, so a patient up to date on braces is never chased for money.

The statement prints with the running balance, the full schedule and the clinic’s PRC, PTR and TIN.

02 Charting

Every tooth. Every allergy.

Tap a tooth on a full FDI odontogram to record caries, fillings, crowns, root canals, implants or extractions, with the surfaces involved. The chart at the chair is the chart at the front desk.

Your paper intake form, digitised — conditions, medications, blood pressure, physician, dental history. Anything that affects treatment is lifted to the top of the record in red, where it cannot be missed.

Compliance as a by‑product

Staff see what their role allows. Records live in a hosted PostgreSQL database with row‑level security. The privacy policy has the detail →

Consent

What was agreed and when.

Oral‑surgery consent signed on the iPad, stored with the signature.

Access

Role‑based.

Reversing a payment is an administrator action. The web client reads and never writes.

Audit

Append‑only.

A log of who changed what, and when. The app has no way to alter or delete an entry.

Retention

Aligned to PD 1575.

Retention follows Presidential Decree No. 1575, so “how long do I keep this?” is already answered.

04 Where it stands

In daily use at one clinic

Not a multi‑tenant platform and not sold as one. Native macOS, iPad, iPhone and Android applications, running at a single clinic and changing as that clinic uses them.

There is also a read‑only browser client, for the machines the apps don’t run on — the Windows PC beside the chair, most of all. It reads the same records and installs to the home screen, but it cannot create or change a patient, treatment, appointment or payment. Writing stays where the offline saving is. What it does, in full →

There is no demo to book and no sales process. The guide describes every part of it; the FAQ answers what the clinic actually asked.

Stage
In active development. Features change as the clinic asks for them.
Deployment
One dental practice, in daily use at the front desk and at the chair.
Platforms
Native macOS, iPad, iPhone and Android applications, read and write.
Elsewhere
Read‑only browser client, installable on Windows and anything else with a modern browser.
Reminders
Local notifications for clinic staff only. Nothing is sent to patients.
